We stayed here a week in June 07... great view from deck and masterbedroom. The house needs a lot of repairs. The house was dirty... but Swede's sent a cleaning lady out for us. Very roomy... but needs work! |

Way back when...this was the first beach front rental our family could afford. The magic was wonderful. The house has changed (improved) since 1997. Ahhhhh memories of the house on Mae street will stay with us for a lifetime. recommend it for those on a tight budget, you cannot go wrong. |

Stayed 1st week in July '08. Outside deck came loose from house-needless to say we didn't go out on it after that, sliding glass door needed 2 grown men to open/close, kitchen table not usable-lean on it and it falls over, only get 2 channels on tv, sofas so dirty-had to cover with sheets, skillets so grimy I went & bought one. Would suggest you keep looking and don't stop here! |

My family stayed here in June 2008 and we wouldn't rent it again. The front sliding glass door would barely open, the house needed painting outside, the commode broke 2 days prior to us leaving, reported it and no one ever fixed it. It took me a month from the time I rented the house to get my cleaning deposit back after numerous calls to Swedes. The location is great but the window air conditioners are not capable of cooling the house. Outside security light shown in master bedroom felt like it was daytime all night. Would suggest you keep looking even though its reasonably priced |
