Nice and clean place upstairs... The day my family saw the property we notified Swede's office of the garbage below the house, and the missing BBQ around the house (like the webpage indicates). The Swede's young lady that did the reservation for us promised that she will get the garbage removed, and will provide a BBQ to the place by the time wel arrived. :( Unfortunately, she broke my heart that weekend, all my BBQ planning never took place, and the garbage was never removed. :(

the parties on the beach can be very loud in front of the cabin; especially when they play the base so loud. It rocks the cabin. Forget about sleeping or relaxing.

I think this is a cozy little place to relax and enjoy, the fishing in the surf was awesome, will love to rent this property again. We had a blast New Years here!

i rented this house the weekend of 4/11/08 this house was to clean for me not to have worry about keeping it clean but its a nice place what sux is the nice wooden high back chairs are screwed to the deck insted of chained to it it would have been much more enjoyable out on the deck if the nice chairs moved in any event at 300 it was a great deal i left valueables in the bed of my truck and no one took any thing nice neigborhood it also has a nice down stairs shower my wife loved the interior decor of the home

the beds are in their on room . Two double beds in a separate sleeping quarters. we loved this house and we are pretty picky. It was clean and a perfect location. The kids could stay on the beach in front of the house all day and we could go back and forth to get lunch and go to the bathroom. I highly recommend this for the price and the location.
