We stayed there in May '07 and the house has a good location and price. I really liked the open space in the kitchen/living room with a big table plus kitchen island. Our big group had plenty of space for dining. I did not like all the bunk beds crammed into one room; it may be okay for kids, but not great for adults. The snap-together flooring was a bad choice, as it buckled near the high moisture areas of the front door and bathroom. Overall not too bad for the price, but a few changes would make it much nicer.
