March 2008 We just stayed here all week for Spring Break - what a great little beach cabin with more amenities than you could ask for - even an iPod dock. The backyard and patio area are the best I've seen. We tried to rent it again for April but it's all booked up. No surprise there!

This house was a great place to stay for a week! It has the cutest decorations. It was a little dirty but we just cleaned it up and had a good time on the beach. The hammocks underneath are very relaxing!

Swede's expects that all beach homes are clean and presentable. If a house is not clean upon check-in, Swede's will be happy to address any problem.

Dear Past Guests,

While we do not know for sure yet we have been told that our home on the beach iis gone. We have also been told that the beach has moved back toward our lot by approximately 100 feet. If this is indeed true it would mean that rebuiilding in not an option. We are not sure when we will know more. We just wanted to thank each and everyone who has rented our house and hope that you will have pleasant memories of your time spent at our home that will last long into the future. We feel very lucky have been able to have this home and to have had the opportunity to share it with others. Our thoughts and prayers are with our friends and thier famililes who lived full time at the beach and have lost much, much more than we have. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Again our sincere thanks to all who have rented from us and we still have not given up hope on rebuilding.

We stayed in your home the first week of August. I'm so sad for your loss and thank you for sharing your home with us. Please update us as you know more about your property...it hurts my heart to know the beauty that has been taken away due to Ike.

Juliet and Steve,
I have been surfing the pictures from the storm looking for anything in the rubble that looks even a little familiar. I loved the house, but nothing can replace the memories we made there with Aunt Sissie in tow. Thank you for sharing with us!

Even though we've talked, I just want you to know that some of the best memories our family will have of time spent together and with you both will be from the beach at the Knot So Bland. Y'all were so generous to share one of your favorite things with us. We will miss this little beauty on the beach. We love y'all and will never forget all the memories. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. we have stayed there several times and had reservations for the rally in Nov. We can change our reservations easier than you can replace the house. We enjoyed our stays there and if you rebuild or aquire a different house I hope you name it the same so everyone will know where to go. Thanks for the good times, The Crew

Knot So Bland was fantastic! We rented last February with plans for future visits. Great attention to detail. Endless games of 'I Spy' with the decor was enjoyed by all. We'll rent whatever you rebuild!
