What a great place to park a big boat. Port bolivar is the rising star. I love the sunsets. What a great view, can't wait until I can purchase one. You guys are really doing doing a great job. Also this would be great investment!

Just returned from a 4-day stay in one of the Harbor Houses...quality construction throughout & the Laguna Harbor development is phenomenal - excellent location & first class construction/amenities at a great price. Crown Team appears to made up of good, trustworthy people. I bought an Estate Lot. I can't wait to build home/dock.

I checked Laguna Harbor after the storm and I must say how incredible to see all those beautiful homes still standing tall. Almost no damage!

Post-Ike report: I own one of the harbor cottages and have a reservation on a dock slip. I am amazed at how my cottage suffered almost no damage. The two living floors were pristine. Not one of the hurricane glass windows or doors failed. The roof did not leak. Water rose about 4 feet above the driveway which is itself at 7 feet for a total surge of about 11 feet. But the walls were clean. We only had to clean up the first few steps and the entry and closet floors some. The driveway level patio has a nice rail that I though might not make it, but it is perfect. These are modern-method thoughtfully built homes. All of the other homes at LH also appeared to have minor damage and just some flooding below the main living floors. The 16 slip docks look brand new other than some dried mud on the decks. I am very relieved and very happy with my purchase. Once power, water, sewer is restored, I plan to again enjoy my property as much as I did before.
