WE RENTED THIS HOUSE LAST YEAR AND WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THE HOUSE WAS IN NEED OF ALOT OF REPAIRS-WE ACTUALLY ASKED SWEDE TO CHANGE HOUSES FOR US WHICH THEY GRACIOUSLY DID. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY NICE IF REPAIRS WERE DONE

These pictures were taken a long time ago. Upstairs a/c ductwork needs attention as only some of the ducts function. part of cabin is cool : front portion is not..oven in upstairs stove does not work. downstairs is musty and we cleaned mildew off floors..bed covers had not been looked at in a while as they were so nasty, we washed them though we did not use them. did not want to put back on bed in that condition. they stunk. the separate building in back had no electricity to it (under construction) and we had not been told that it was not usable. needed that space for number of beds required.
