Swede's Vacation Home Rentals

All the beach houses listed on the attached sheets are individually owned, made available to you for rental through Swede's Beach Properties. All beach houses are completely furnished, including kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and dining equipment. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT FURNISHED. The summer season is May 15 to Labor Day. We rent to families only!

Optional Linen Service

The fees for Linens Depends on the Number the House Sleeps. Included are sheets and towels adequate for the number of guests the house sleeps.

Linens for 8 - 10 = $100
Linens for 12 -14 = $125
Linens for 15 -18 = $150
Linens for 20 - 25 = $175
Linens for 25 - 30 = $200

Optional Cleaning Service

The cleaning fee ranges between $75 and $150, depending on the size of the home. Larger homes may vary.
