Stayed in this house in June. It was great, very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances. Plenty of room for a big family gathering. Close enough to beach to walk. |

Stayed in the home in December 07. The house needed a DEEP cleaning. The 4 twin beds are downstairs & it appeared to have had NO attention recently. Swede's was very quick to come and attend to the issue with the heater and took notes upon checkout to have the home deep cleaned. Overall, a nice place, just needed some attention. |

Stayed here Aug. of last year. It was ok. The window unit in the kitchen didn't work. The unit in a bedroom didn't work. The 4th bedroom downstairs, was gonna be mine.... untill I got there & saw it...I slept on the couch. It has a great kitchen...great for cooking big meals. It did have tv's in each room. It wasn't bad for the price. I would stay there again. |

i stayed here in july i just have to say i would never stay here agin my son was downstairs and he found a cockroach in his bed i am never going there agin i slept down stairs and i ended up sleeping on the floor on a palet because we don't beleive in couches we were supposed to stay there for a week we ended up leaving the next day and geting our money back they are very kind about everything and said sorry but besides that it was horrible |

I have stayed here several times. I love this place. It is very spacious and very comfortible. I love the fact the beach takes less then a min to walk to. Its nice that there are TV's in every room. The rates are reasible too. Can't wait to book my next stay. |

I booked this place for our family vacation b/c of the size and rooms , when we got there the downstairs bedroom was flooded and dirty with roaches on the floor, the kids were afraid to stay in there. The upstairs was okay, the couch was so dirty we had to use our sheets to put over them, the a/c unit in the kitchen did not work, the carpet was still wet upstairs. Everyone that planned to stay in the downstairs room had to sleep on the couches and air mattress in the living room. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed. |

Stayed here in late July, was planning on 3 families staying here with the kids down stairs, but the toilet down stairs overflowed badly and ruined my daughters clothes and luggage. So we had to put 4 kids upstairs on the couches and chairs to sleep for a week. Swedes was awesome about refunding a portion of our rent due to our inconvience and even offered to move us to another house if needed. I will rent from Swedes again just because they were so helpful and kind about our situation.
House was dirty, I cleaned it before everyone else arrived and cleaned it well when I left, everything else worked great.
