The pictures here are misleading. There is no direct path over the dune to the beach. Upon arrival, the house smelled of cat urine. Porch furniture was mostly broken. The kitchen was not in any condition for cooking food. |

Also, the clothes dryer is on the same electrical circuit as the hot water heater which causes the breaker to trip constantly. Don't plan on washing clothes and drying them at the same time. Furthermore, the wiring appears to be unsafe...just dangling everywhere. |

We stayed here for the weekend of Aug. 21-24. Pictures on the website show a pathway over the dunes to the beach, there is no pathway. There is no bathtub in the cabin, only a shower, which was not good for my two year old. the house did not have an odor of any kind, and will be great for a small family. |
