we loved this house - a lot of room and wonderful deck even though a cover would be nice. One of the beds in the room with 3 beds should replaced but other than that it is great and would rent again and recommend to anyone. |

Our extended family stayed at this beach house last year and we've booked again this summer. We love it! Beautiful Gulf views from the deck. We really enjoyed the huge covered area and picnic table under the house. Great decor, light and bright. Very nice, quiet neighborhood too with lagoon behind the house with lots of ducks, turtles and fish -the kids had a ball! (The nearby waterslide was a big hit too!)

We rented this house at the end of April. It was nice and roomy, plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. And the furniture was really comfy. We had a few issues with the remote controls for the TV/DVD (which is not listed). I really only had 2 complaints. One is the lack of cooking utensils (knives, spoons etc) and the shortage of pots and pans and skillets. The second is that the beach side deck is uncovered which meant that the little ones with us couldn't play out when it rained, nor could we sit out. It also has a child proof deck which is not listed. The deck does need a little TLC-starting to rot in a couple of places and lots of raised nails. Having the extra ice box ( which is not listed) in the utility room was great. The 3 upstairs twin beds are extremely FIRM so our guests reported. All in all it was a great house and the only reason I'll never rent it again is the lack of cover on the beach side deck. |

This was the BEST beach house we have ever rented. Front row, so great views from the wide deck. No cover, but shaded in the afternoon. Wonderful decor, art, with mermaids, fish, nautical themes throughout. Giant living/ dining area with high ceiling, lots of chairs, wrap-around couch,TV/DVD. In fact, there are 2 additional TVs in downstairs bedrooms -a nice surprise. Plenty of covered parking, large slab under house, an outside shower, and big picnic table, where we ate most of our meals. The two refrigerators -one in kitchen, one in utility room, really came in handy. Sandcastle is a nicer subdivision than others in Bolivar that we've stayed in. Loved it! |

This month we added pots, pans, skillets, silverware to kitchen supplies. We replaced 2 twin beds upstairs and had carpet and all furniture upholstery professionally cleaned. Also added a new deck table and umbrella. Enjoy! Owner of Casa Caribe |

We stayed here and loved it. Great house, great location. Could use some cover on the porch, and the room with three twin beds could use some help; but otherthan that we loved it!!!! |
