I dont think 120.00 per person is to pricey even 200-250 would be ok its on the water front. You cant even get a price like that in Florida. Sleeps 20 have a beach party.

It is a brand new, beautifully decorated home. Of course it has central air/heat. It will be available for rental starting June 1.

Crystal Beach does not face the West so the Sunsets are not over the Gulf they are more towards the Northside of Galveston. Sunrises are what you see when you are in Crystal Beach. Kind of strange for a Californian when they see the sunrise up out of the Ocean. The sunrises are beautiful just like a sunset over the ocean but in reverse. Pretty neat.

I would like to see more pictures of the interior. I understand it is not complete yet, but hopefully you will add pics when it is. I am looking for something for a family reunion.

We are renting in August; Can you tell me if the king bed is in a room by itself and where are the bathrooms. Is there a picnic table on the deck, as I noticed the dining table isn't very big. I saw it from the outside and from what I saw, it is very beautiful with 2 gorgeous decks.
