There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which has a shower. This bathroom is a jack and jill bath, connecting bedroom 2 & 3. The other bathroom(in the master) had a jetted tub. There is a shower on the ground level for cleaning up after the beach...it has warm water too.
As far as TV's, there is the main TV in the living area and one other smaller TV in one the bedrooms(not in the master).

Pros: Beautiful home. Lots of room. Close to the beach. Great kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating.
Cons: Garden tub with no shower in master bath. Bedroom with bunks...kinda crowded with six kids aged 5, 7, 9, 12, 16, 18.
Would stay again? Definitely!
We stayed here mid-September with another family; total 12 ppl. Even though the bedroom with bunks was small (the 16 yr. old pulled a twin mattress onto the floor in the dining room), the kids slept fine, just had to juggle getting dressed. Same with the bathrooms, everyone worked together and we had a great time. Absolutely loved the kitchen. I missed out on beach time to cook in the kitchen! Had only one problem that was taken care of by Swedes within moments..mechanical issue with the faucet handle on the garden tub. Outside shower was great for the kids washing off sand...warm water, too! Hugh deck with plenty of chairs to choose from. Covered parking beneath home kept the cars cool and there was plenty of room to park.
Washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge...no problems. There was even an ice maker! A/C worked great. Thanks for the memories. |

This is my favorite beach house! I spent a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks here, and will again! The house is lovely, the view is incredible, the deck is wide with lots of chairs, and a large table for dining outside. The furniture in the house is so comfortable, and I LOVE the outside shower. The beach is just a very short walk from the house. Now, about that fantastic kitchen! I loved cooking there. Every pot and pan you will need, even one large enough for boiling all the crabs we caught! Enough plates, bowls, flatware, and glasses for our large family and all the friends visiting. There are 2 sets of stairs - a covered one to the deck, with a baby gate, and a so convenient one leading up to the back door and the kitchen area - great when hauling in groceries.
The house is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. I especially like the fact that pets are welcome...how can you go on a family vacation without all of the family?
Breeze Inn is a perfect vacation home!

you need to call sweedes if wanting to book this house it is a wonderful house with everything you can imagine. We had it two different times, one with the kids and one with adults only it is perfect either way i would highly recomend it to any one looking for a getaway |

TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THIS HOUSE, OR ANY OF SWEDE'S RENTALS --- YOU MUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL SWEDE'S TO MAKE A RESERVATION. YOU CANNOT DO IT HERE. I have this house in June and cannot wait to get there -- am so excited !!! I called in December of last year. |
