I rented this cottege for Christmas. If you have children they will enjoy the game tables.
I was disappointed in this cottege. The main room was large but cold and impersonal. There was only one bedroom and the loft. The loft was very hot to sleep in unless you froze the lower rooms. The ceiling fan did not work, the TV had no sound took us til the next day to get the sound. One sofa is the 3rd queen and the love seat a twin and there is a day bed, so 4 people would be sleeping in the large room.
The star on the front of the cottege rattled and banged all night so sleep was scarce.
I would not rent this again.

We liked this house. Nice big yard, front and back, no close neighbors. Deck has a gate so babies and dogs are safe. House is right on the street that takes you to the beach. Nice wood floors, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. House was clean and our boys loved the ping pong and foosball tables. Would rent again.

I rented this cabin about a year ago and was very dissapointed in it. There were 2 couples and each had small children. Unfortunately they don't tell you that there is only one room and a loft. The loft was so hot you couldn't sleep without freezing out everyone else. My husband and I lost the only bedroom in a coin toss and needless to say there was no sleep for an entire weekend. Thank goodness we didn't stay for a week! I would recommend this to one family but not 2. Overall I was pretty upset with the rental
