I know the owners personally, this cabin is brand new with a lot of great features. The colors are wonderfull. Can not go wrong renting this place. Just left from there and is looking great ! 2/28/11 |

My family just stayed at Captain Gem and this house is wonderful! Extremely clean and well appointed with stainless appliances, granite countertops and large bathrooms. I love the great colors and custom artistic touches. In addition, the unobstructed view to the beach is great as the house sits on a point with a great front yard. Love the nice gated deck and large eating area below the house. Neat outdoor shower and bathroom area too. Great idea ! Could not have been better. This place is nice,clean and well appointed however BEWARE of the 200.00 deposit (they have up to 15 days to return it)on top of the weekend rental price as well as taxes, fees, etc.
Also, be aware of the extra charge for linens (125.00/weekend). This is why I put a lower star score. |

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in July. This house was PERFECT ! The location was great, the house was beautiful ,spacious and was the perfect size for our kids and grandkids.
It has a huge yard for the kids to run and play and the downstairs restroom/shower was ideal for cleanup after going swimming at the beach.
It is for sale but I hope it will still be rentable next year as we would love to stay in this house again. |

Moni- The $125 linen fee is an option for the customers that do not wish to bring their own linens. It is not required on this house. If you paid it it was your choice to order them. |
