I'm glad no one responded to my question above or the email I sent over a week ago. Horrible customer service!!! And I'm not the only person to have problems with rentals this summer!! |

You know they have a number on there website where you can actually talk to a person about all your questions! They are very nice people my family and I come every year they do not give horrible service they give great service! |

I have already called and the lady was very short and not helpful whatsoever. One of my co-workers also spoke with two ladies on seperate occasions and they were rude. I rented from them last year with no problems but the customer service I have experienced in the past two weeks is uncalled for. |

We stayed at this house last week and it was wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the house is spacious and open. The porch is big and the chairs provided are terrific. There is an outside shower downstairs under the house with hot water and partition for privacy. The kitchen is nice with barstools, stainless appliances. It was great! |
