This house is GORGEOUS in every way--views, furnishings, beach. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely and relaxing weekend there. The beds are really comfy--I even slept great in a bunk bed! I would definitely rent it again. |

I've stayed in Barkley during the summer and winter. My daughter, husband, and I loved it both times! The contemporary furnishings give it a modern feel, yet it is very comfortable. It is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The breeze during the summer makes the deck the perfect place to relax. Barkley is a favorite place, and we plan on returning to Barkley again. |

Not only is the house new, clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable but the location is perfect for a quiet getaway. Skip the crowds in Galveston and instead take peaceful strolls down the serene shores of Bolivar Peninsula. |

Barkley Beach House is thee best place to relax and enjoy everything! In the midst of this new home which is sensitively and comfortably decorated, you feel luck to be there. The long walks on the quiet beach are excellent. |

Just spent one of the loveliest weekends EVER at this adorable house by the sea. What tastefully and comfortably appointed rooms! And what an amazing view! We will definitely be returning and telling all of our friends and family. |

We had a wonderful December break at Barkley. The house is beautiful and very, very, comfortable. The location is perfect or long, quiet, walks on the beach. We hope to return soon. |

We just spent a wonderful weekend in this Barkley beach house. It is new and very clean with nice and modern decor and furnishings. Great location. Great deck for relaxing. So convenient to have such nice appliances, washer, and dryer. We loved our stay here and would love to rent this beach house again. Thank you for making it available for others to enjoy! |
