Some changes we have made since Ike...We now have direct TV with over 150 channels in the living room. We have also added a new sofa, love seat and comfy chair in the living room. In the master we now have a queen bed AND a futon for your seating pleasure. In case you did not know..Shalom 4 and 5 are on the same street if you need more room. |

septic needs repaired. Had approx 30 people in it over the 4th of july and could smell it from the beach. Renters put blue tarps over the lids to cut the smell down. |

It clearly states inside the house that the septic system can only accomadate 18 people. This sounds like the fault of the rental company (and renters) rather than the owners. We stayed for the week of June 22nd and had a wonderful time. With 8-9 people, there were no problems with the septic system. I would like to add that the pictures posted online really do not do this house justice. It is absoulutely beatiful and has been very recently updated. The kitchen was AWESOME to cook in! :) It would have been helpful for me to know in advance that the kitchen was well equipped with even small and unusual appliances. (crock pots, electric knife, bread maker, mixer, blender, toaster...) We will definately be back next year! |

yes, it is a beautiful home and the owners worked hard to get back in shape after the storm. Will let the rental comp. know before there is a house full of people again and the septic gets worse or not functioning at all. |

Swede's Real Estate had no calls from anyone regarding problems with the septic system during the July 4 week. |
