We have rented this cabin 2 yrs in a row and it has been our absolute favorite. Unfortunately, but understandably, the price has gone up and we cannot afford to stay at this cabin. For anyone who does, it is very roomy, the stereo is set up to listen to downstairs while you relax and bbq, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything about this cabin is wonderful and very enjoyable for a perfect vacation! |

This house was awesome me and my family had a great.They have speakers all through the house. We are planning to go again this year. |

We rented this house June 6-12. It was very nice, lots of room for all eleven of us. Only two things bad, the house was infested with fleas, ants and the house was'nt "cleaned" (they way we clean) however I do realize that this rental house. Not far from beach. We enjoyed our vacation but wont get this one again. |

Very nice house, but it wasn't clean. The lights didn't work down stairs, we had to call several times to get them fixed. The fold out couch upstairs matress was wore out, not even sleepable. The base boards were filthy, so we had to clean the house when we got there. But all in all nice place and nice location. |

I enjoyed our stay. I do want to explain something I feel is very important when considering this rental. We ONLY rented this beach house bc the employee who rented this to us explained that the JUKEBOX DID WORK. I was even told to call back so they could double check with the owners that it did work.We didnt get a discount but where told that the speakers were through out the house We were looking at several other beachhouses to rent and this one was the most expensive. We wasted a lot of our money here bc we were told the jukebox did work, otherwise we would have stayed at Johnny Macs for $300 less. Please dont tell people something works just to rent it out, we also explained this to Swedes real estate and noone took accountablilty for telling us this. NOONE. I gave the lady the name of the person I spoke with and that lady tried to tell me that she didnt give me that information when in fact She did. Basically I was called a liar and had to eat crow over it. There was also a special with other beachhouses explaining that if we rented the weekend we would get Thursday free. and we asked about that and were told to call back that morning of Thursday.. when we got there we were told it would be an extra $200 for that night and it was advertised as a FREE NIGHT. We made the best of it but we were completely mis lead with all of the information that we asked about. We paid a total of $1100 for this weekend and it was only advertised at $600.00 for the weekend. Sorry the beachhouse was nice but was totally mislead when it came to why we wanted to rent this house and the fees that came with it. |
