Have rented many times from Swede's, great people.
You must call them!!!! And they will tell you everything you need to know. I love their beach house's they are great people to deal with!!! |

Just got home from a week spent at this house. Absolutly gorgeous. Only draw back is no use of the elevator. Had two elderly people that could have used it. Overall had a great time |

I just viewed this house in person. It is as nice as any I've stayed in that is beach front What is extra nice is that it is in a GATED sub-division. I've dealt with Swede's for years . They are the best rental broker on the peninsula. Looking forward to my weekend rental in April |

This is a great place for a family get together. Nicely furnished . Covered and uncovered deck. Great view of the beach and the Gulf. With 12 people in our group the wasn't one complaint. This is well worth the money. We will book this house again. |
