We love this beach cabin! We have stayed here about 5-6 times and have never had a bad experience! I am sad it is booked up in July, but we hope to rent it in August. Much nicer after old carpet was replaced! |

We stayed here in 2010 and it has a big living room with lots of seating. One problem was that the two twin beds have been converted to a King bed and my boys didn't really want to sleep together! The dishwasher was broken that week as well. |

I am sad that this beach house doesn't accept pets anymore! We always stay at the Rediger except this year we have to get a different house that takes pets. We have stayed at the Rediger at least 6 times including last summer, and we brought our two dogs every time we have been there with no problems. Oh well, they lost our business, what a shame. |

We stayed in this beach house labor day weekend. We have been renters for several years and love coming to the beach. This house was my first disappointment. The location is great! The house survived Hurricane Ike and some repairs had been made. The house had torn screens on the outside. The kitchen was very dirty and the dishes supplied looked like someone's garage sale purchases. Dishes were all over the place. Whenever we have stayed at a beach houses it is always so nice to know that the kitchen will have plates, bowls, glasses, etc. The front of the stove and the grill in the island was very dirty. Cobwebs were all over. A/c vents looked horrible. The furniture in the bedrooms looked like it had not been dusted, floor needed vacuumed. There was a hole in the master bathroom where the towel rack had been ripped off the wall and sheetrock was on the floor. The living space in the kitchen and the living room was great - several pieces of the furniture were broken once you sat in them. A table on wheels is missing a wheel. This house is clearly decorated with a families memories but the clowns in the kitchen and some of the other decorations are just a bit much. For a rental it needs a clean organized look. So much potential. We loved the space and location, but would not rent this house again unless it is cleaned and has a kitchen, decorating make-over. To many nic-nac's. My quests agreed - it seemed the house had not been really cleaned in while. The owner could do so much better with a little effort. We did rent this house for a week because it was a fair price. But would have spent a little more for a nicer setup. |

Is there a grill available? Are there 2 king beds or are there twin beds? We have the Rediger reserved for next week & just wondered what to bring! |
