thank goodness for the bunk room --- had more show than expected - kids had own party upstairs. We love to cook ...great kitchen! 20 thumbs up...great time. |

Best spot on the beach! Great location and great beach front view. Large rooms inside, plenty of space and awesome deck area. Can accomodate large group. Upstairs bunk room and game room worked out great for kids. Highly recommended. |

This is the most amazing house on the peninsula! There is plenty of room for all of your family and friends. It is beautifully decorated but still very comfortable, inviting you to put your feet up, kick back and relax. I would recommend it highly to anyone. |

Fabulous beach front property!! Lots of room to enjoy inside and out. Lovely furnishings. Comfortable, cozy, spacious...something for everyone. Perfect location. Would rent it every weekend if I could. Heck...I'd buy it if I could :)

Absolutely wonderful place to gather - it truly is paradise. The beautifully decorated rooms add to this paradise. The spaciousness allows everyone their space and contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. This is a place where you can relax and forget about your busy schedules. You watch the beautiful sunrise drinking a cup of coffee and you don't want to think about leaving. It is a break from everyday life and you can't wait to go back. |

We stayed here for the first time in the summer of 2010 and hope to return for summer 2011. It is a beautiful, functional house for a large group with easy beach access and a quiet location. Our chief complaint was for a house that advertises sleeping for 26 people, it needs another refrigerator/freezer or access to the one in the laundry room. |
