Is it true that flood insurance is not available for these owners; and that they are scrambling to find an insurer? |

The place does looks good to invest but things like home insurance should be a factor to be considered. This is one of the biggest oceanfront development by the Texas coast with hundreds of acres nature preserve it may be the most successful in the Peninsula but people still need to be thinking 'safety first'. |
