This is the most secure neighborhood at Crystal Beach. We are here at the construction office every day and have two permanent residents in the neighborhood. We have beach access, but it is not public access. We also have video surveillance of the neighborhood. |

That is, when traffic is high, conversion tends to go down or sag. When traffic levels are low, conversion rates tend to go up. |
