How can you advertise city sewer when it is not even down Monkhouse yet and not known when it will. The only sewer is the broken down one in the park that is always breaking down and releases a fowl smell all over the park.
Also at the Jan meeting when David was asked about renting to own he refused and now there is one in that park that is renting to own.And letting everyone that he is. You can not trust this man as far as I am concern his word is no good! Where are the other comments that were posted on this property? there were 2 other comments that need to be returned to this site or are you hiding the facts that they protray?

need not fear owner of Coconut Grove because of your comment on Aug 07,2008. I know Mr. David and if you knew him also you know he would have worked with you and Ann at Swedes on some kind of agreement. Often matters take place in lives which change decisions without further notice, like Ike. The city sewer was a project which was going to be done soon. The park was filled through the year with good customers which frequent the park all the time. David did not want to cancell their time, so he rescheduled the sewer till 1st 2009, but why shoul I explain this now---- because I know who you are.
