Several months ago I bought one of the Harbor Cottages shown in the picture. I looked first at Freeport, but nothing IMO compares to Laguna Harbor. I am very happy with my cottage and have had a lot of fun so far. I can hardly wait to get my boat in the covered slip right in front of my cottage. All I need are some good neighbors.

Hurricane Ike report: My cottage is still standing with no damage to any part of the living areas. Just did some cleanup on the driveway level stairway and closet. Water rose 47 inches above the driveway, which itself is about 7 feet above sea level. All hurricane windows and doors held fast. No visible damage to siding. Looks like ALL of the Laguna Harbor homes weathered the storm in about the same way. Maybe some roof shingles blown off. These are built TOUGH. I am very happy with my decision to buy here.
