I spent a weekend at this house. The owner really put alot of love and care into it. Inside the home is bright and colorful. Everything is new and spotless. Sitting outside in the morning watching the sun come up is awsome. You can watch the birds of bolivar fly, eat and bath in the yard she has prepared just for them. During the heat of the day we enjoyed the downstairs
area swings. If your looking for a home at Chrystal Beach this one is worth looking at.

If this is so great, why don't you buy it?

My husband and I stayed in this charming home over the 4th of July week-end. What a joyful and relaxing home. This owner has put extraordinary care and love into this home and has thought of everything! It was so peaceful sitting on the back deck in the mornings having coffee and watching the birds start their day.

this house is about 1 1/2 miles from beach. But almost directly across the street from it is a canal that leads to the intracoastal canal. I don't believe the taxes would be as high as the house is selling for because after Ike hit us land property drastically dropped on the tax rolls.
