With 2600 square feet of living space, you will have ample room to enjoy the many accommodations this house to offer. Walk up to the mezzanine deck and be amazed by the room, the outdoor kitchen and the view of the beach. Mezzanine deck has bar with 10 bar stools. There is entrance from mezzanine deck to house where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. There are bunk beds in 1 bedroom, a queen sized bed and pull down Murphy-style bunk beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Additionally there are 2 baths on this level. The interior stairs will take you up to the main floor of the house where there is very large family area with kitchen and living room. This room features incredible views of the beach. Dining room table seats 12. The large master suite is also on this floor, and features king sized bed, 65" television, and large walk-in shower/tub combo with whirlpool bath. As if all of this is not enough, you can hang out by the temperature-controlled full size swimming pool, and hot tub. House has easy golf cart/pedestrian or vehicle access to the beach. Beach area is quiet area of the beach featuring wide beaches. Small pets allowed with fee. Mandatory linen package required. No smoking, please. Cargo lift available for use with additional fee.
