The master suite has a queen size bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 double beds with a bathroom to share. There is a spacious living area with a fold out queen size bed for additional sleeping. The home also offers satellite TV and high speed internet. In the kitchen you will find plenty of seating for family dinners or game nights at the dining room table and bar.
Outside, you will find the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book, with views of the beach. This home also offers easy access to the beach, either by golf cart, vehicle or a short walk.
After a day at the beach you can rinse the sand away in the outdoor shower. Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers swings and outdoor seating, where you can relax with your family and friends and BBQ on the charcoal grill.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just the right Size for our family and comfortable. I rated the cleanliness of the property a 3 due to the counteracts were sticky and the stove top was greasy plus the floors were sandy and the inside bottom plastic shower curtain was moldy. I went ahead and cleaned it all up. I had the option of calling the office to send over a cleaning crew but then it would taken hours away from getting checked in. I did call about the fridge leaking water and the dryer not stopping once the door was opened. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet which was a plus. Overall Swedes staff were very accommodating and great to
work with. We will rent from them again.

This house is in a great location. Not too far from the beach but far enough you don't hear alot of commotion at night.
