This 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is centrally located on S Monkhouse Drive. When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk. Outside on the deck, you will fall in love with the views! Preparing or serving meals is easy in this well stocked kitchen. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. (and blender). This is the perfect place for families. Satellite TV and internet is provided for your convenience. Washer and dryer on premises.

Under the house is the perfect spot to grill (bring your own charcoal) family meals that can be served while sitting around the picnic table. Downstairs is also fenced for security, kids or pets. There is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. This rental has plenty of fenced parking and a large grassy yard. Please don't drive on the grass.

Two small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend Get Away
Had a great get away time at La Casa Bonita! Bedrooms a bit small & squeeky bed in master, but overall nice place. Busy street in the evening. We loved the porches!

Nice place!
Really nice home. Was very clean and well kept. 1 minute walk from beach. Decent view of ocean. Check in/out with Swedes Real estate was Easy. People very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay
