With the first 2 bedrooms having a queen bed each, the third bedroom having 2 twin beds and the fourth bedroom having 2 T/F bunk beds this will make a great house for a couple families vacationing together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your favorite family meals.(regular drip coffee maker). This home has WIFI and satellite TV for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
With its partially covered upstairs deck, you can sit and watch the beach all day or go for a stroll or ride with its easy access.
Downstairs, the area under the house is a great place to enjoy friends and family in the shade. Charcoal grill and outdoor shower also available.
Two small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Only thing that I can say was a negative is that the furniture wasn’t in the best condition and that it only had one tv wish that it had tv’s in the room

Perfect Location
We had an excellent time. The house was in a perfect location, it was roomy, and had great views. It was a peaceful place to stay and was in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. But, I did leave a pair of hey dudes under one of the queen beds. Only disappointment of the entire weekend lol

The house was Amazing, close to the beach and really nice and quiet location. The furniture was a little old there was some broken furniture and the beds were not comfortable.

Great location
This place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and the view and breeze was amazing from the balcony.
The only downside was that the refrigerator and washer were not working. I let the staff know and was asked if I wanted maintenance to take a look. It wasn't a big deal for us.
I would definitely recommend this house.
