Beautiful beach view from this adorable 2 bedroom house. You can sit in the living room and gaze at an unobstructed view of the water. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Additional sleeping is on the 2 queen, sleeper sofas. This house is perfect for a small family. Prepare your meals in the well furnished kitchen. House features central AC/heat, slab, no carpet, microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffee pot, TV and DVD player. Washer/Dryer is on the premises.
Outside, on the deck, you will fall in love with this amazing view of the beach! There is furniture to sit on and enjoy the sunrise while you drink your coffee or favorite beverage and read a great book! This house offers panoramic views of the beach from almost everywhere in the house
Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill while sitting around the table visiting with family and friends.
The beach is just a short walk from the house when you use the subdivision walk over. There is also an outdoor sand shower.
Off Season Special: **FREE NIGHT with weekend rental September through February.**
Two small dogs (up to 20 lbs) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Quiet time by the ocean
We have always stayed in a Galveston. But it was much more relaxing at Crystal Beach. The house was perfect for us as a couple and great when friends came for the weekend. The 2 “masters” is hard to find but this worked well. We plan to come again. Loved The location and view

My Peaceful Easy Feeling
This beach house is perfect for me and my sister. We come down twice a year and this is the beach house we always reserve. The view is excellent and the location is perfect. I have been renting from Swedes real estate since I was 25 years old and now I am 70. I’ve always been pleased through the years with whatever beach house that we have gotten each time and the staff has always been very nice and professional.

Great house and location.
My wife and I went there for our anniversary so we wanted a decent place. We were not disappointed. Also, there are other real estate rental companies there, but there has always been something a little more personal by Sweedes in handling renters. Only thing that the house lacks are some sort of shades to pull down over the many windows at night time for a little more privacy. But those same windows make for a great view.

A respite by the beach
Annette's Funautical Fantasea is conveniently accessible either from the Galveston Ferry terminal or by highway 83 coming from the east. It is a short walk to the beach which is visible from the living room and kitchen area. Great for viewing sunrise and the beginning of a new day. The rooms and beds are large and comfortable. Bring your own linens and towels to save $100. The kitchen appliances are dated bur functional. Importantly, the HVAC system works very well. On our visit, there weren't any dish sponges or soap, so I spent a few bucks and left them behind for the next guest. Likewise, be sure to bring your own hand and body wash and shampoo. This isn't like your typical hotel room! Anyway, the other amenities are great, including access to the community pool, kept very clean, that's about 100 yards to the west of the beach house. If you're looking for a great, quiet beach getaway, this is the place.

Happy Family
I was a bit leary when I saw the decore but the house was super clean, well stocked, brooms mops,ect. Really liked location and the modern appliances. Furniture was comfy, location was great. All the windows made for fantastic view. In fact we had a full moon on one side and a beautiful sunset on the other. Easy access to beach that was less populated than what we are used to. Definitely will stay at this same house again.

Quiet beach and subdivision
This was our 3rd stay at Annette's Funautical Fantasea and it did not disappoint. It backs up to a large field, has excellent views of the beach and is far from the crowds you typically find farther down towards Crystal Beach. Plenty of breathing room and privacy between next door cabins. Perfect for a max. of 4 guests with 2 private bedrooms. Colorful and cheerful. Swede's Realty was friendly and responsive as property managers.
