This beautiful home is the vacation destination for you, your family and your closest friends! It is centrally located in Crystal Beach just 1.1 miles from the Big Store. You can see forever to the east and to the west from both the upper and lower decks.
The living area located on the first floor has a large wrap-around sofa and a 65" TV. The adjacent large well-furnished kitchen has a large 10' by 36" Oak Custom Built dining table that easily seats 12 guests. There is additional seating for five at kitchen bar and another table behind sectional that seats five more. There are two master bedrooms upstairs overlooking the upper deck and a bunk room for the kids.
Downstairs we have four bedrooms on the main level. Three of the bedrooms downstairs have king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one full sized bed. A full "Jack and Jill" bath separates two of the bedrooms and there is a separate full bath downstairs. Each of the master bedrooms upstairs have spectacular views of the coast line and each have king-sized bed and large full baths. The custom bunk room with four custom sets of bunks is a great place for kids and it has a large full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's with high speed internet.
You will enjoy being outside with plenty of deck furniture, two picnic tables, an outside sand shower and a charcoal BBQ grill. Linens for all beds, plus all towels are provided for a fee of $250. Great place for a large family get away
We head to CB every year in October and over the years have stayed in many different homes. As our family grows we are challenged to find something that will work. Amazing Grace was perfect! Our little ones loved the bunkbeds shaped like ships and a submarine! Only drawback if there was one was the traffic on the beach since the beach access was right next to the property.

Very spacious. Lots of room for everyone.
Bathrooms clean.
Property is well maintained. Not brand new but kept up. Some ocean smells in closets but air freshener took it out.
Provided Linens clean and enough towels for everyone. Only 2 potholders and I Kitchen towel. Make sure you bring paper towels and potholders if you cook a lot
Laundry room was welcome.
2 trash pic ups a week. Yeah!
Kitchen well stocked with utensils and equipment. Always bring any special tool (slow cooker, special blender, etc.) you need just in case. Two refrigerators a real treat.
Kids loved the bunk beds and having all of them together. Cousins having fun.
Being right on the beach was fun. Weather terrible but covered porch and large picture windows made it fun. Watching fogs and rain come on shore.
Grill works. Easy open parking under house. Lots of outdoor lights.
Rent the elevator! It is well worth the extra.

The BIG House
The house was great for our family! Very clean, very close to the beach - lots of beds! Wish the Lift had been working, which is why we chose this house! A few things needed attention which I called and let Swedes know.

My favorite beach house ever!
We all LOVED our stay in this gorgeously decorated home! With seven bedrooms it sleeps 14 adults in six bedrooms and up to 11 kids in the bunk room. The mattresses and bedding are all very comfortable. The bedroom configurations are two king bedrooms downstairs separated by a Jack and Jill bath and one king bedroom and one bedroom with a queen bed and double bed which share a hall bath. Upstairs are two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the bunk room with its own bathroom plus the laundry room.
The kitchen area is large with two refrigerators and a pantry. Sitting at the long table for at least twelve plus five at the kitchen bar and five at the bar behind the seating area. The outside deck is large with lots of chairs and two picnic tables. The view is unsurpassed. You are even closer than other front row homes. Expect a crowd with lots of vehicles on weekend days in the summer as this house is located in a popular spot along Crystal Beach, but during the week it is not as crowded. To help you pack, there is at least one hairdryer, a blender and a million coffee filters so you don’t have to bring those things. If you expect to do much cooking, I would recommend you bring your own nonstick skillet as their cookware is pretty tired. The large gas range is nice but probably needs to be professionally cleaned as often the igniter button does not work and the burners burn unevenly. Also the lift that was mentioned in some of the other reviews was not operational during our stay.
I would definitely recommend you book this house for your next family vacation. You will not be disappointed. Also wanted to give a shout out to Swede’s Real Estate as they were very easy to deal with, extremely quick to respond to a maintenance issue and also went above and beyond when one of my family member’s car’s battery was dead and they almost missed their flight. Our wonderful week at AMAZING GRACE on Crystal Beach is coming to an end tomorrow. We don’t want to leave!!! This house is fresh, beautifully decorated and has everything you’d need in a beach house and more! The house is spacious with extras that made our stay here even better; 2 refrigerators, top of the line gas cooktop, dining area and island eating space for over 20, large sectional sofa in living room with state of the art TV set up, windows across the front looking out over the water and decks on upper and lower floors so you can see for miles. The beach is just steps away. Come see for yourself. You’ll be as delighted as we are with AMAZING GRACE. We’ve found our beach vacation house!

Our large family has spent a week at Crystal Beach almost every summer for the past 28 years .This year we are staying at “Amazing Grace” and we feel we have found the perfect front-row beach house. The 2-level deck offers the most amazing views on Bolivar Peninsula. It has easy beach access, a large covered parking area, a lift to carry luggage and groceries to the house level, an outdoor shower with warm water and a convenient foot rinsing area. The kitchen/great room has new top-of-the-line appliances, 2 full-size refrigerators and a beautiful hand-made dining table that seats 12. With 7 bedrooms, including a wonderful bunk room for the kids that sleeps 11, “Amazing Grace’ will become our family beach house destination every summer.

Amazing Grace has everything that a beach house should have and MORE. It is the largest house our group has rented in our 30 plus years of annual vacations on Crystal Beach. ‘Grace’ is large enough for our core group of 15 with her 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. We’ve had dinner parties and hosted an additional 12 for an evening with plenty of room for all. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with an open design and a long island bar for serving. There is a custom hand made dining table that seats at least 12 and an additional bar behind the sectional sofa that seats another 5-6. At mealtime, everyone can be served without crowding. The way ‘Grace’ is positioned on the water front lot, the porches and decks provide, without a doubt, the best views available on Crystal Beach. You can see the peninsula from the Galveston skyline to the Southwest to the curve on the Northeast end towards Caplen. Simply put, with her comfortable beds, two full sized side by side refrigerators, cargo elevator, warm water foot wash and shower downstairs, most unique bunk room for the kids and her perfect location, Amazing Grace is a spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped TREAT that we plan to enjoy for many Summers to come.

Amazing Grace is as beautiful as it sounds. Not only is it situated on a great part of Crystal Beach, it has more than enough room for its renters. We have stayed in this house on multiple occasions and honestly stopped staying at all other houses once we found this one. Beyond the fact that the view of the ocean is insane from the living room/kitchen area, the rest of the house is gorgeous as well. The kitchen table literally feels like it seats 100 people – so it’s PERFECT for a game night with your family and friends! Each room has the most comfortable BIG beds ever, and plenty of room to unpack all your stuff and still have tons of floor space (you don’t find that in most homes down there on Crystal!). Easy access to the beach right beside the house, TONS of parking in the carport area, downstairs shower for hosing off before you go back inside, close to the Big Store, and one of our favorite parts – IT HAS AN ELEVATOR! That’s such a fantastic feature when trying to haul luggage and food up the stairs. If you are looking for a house that is not only one of the most beautiful homes down there at CB but also just as functional and fabulous… friends, you just hit the jackpot! BOOK IT!

This beautiful home is aptly named. We are a large “Family and Friends” group that has vacationed in Crystal Beach nearly every summer for the last 30 years. We have stayed in many homes in that time, but since our first summer in this home in 2018, we have found our forever beach “home” – Amazing Grace. It is a large, well-appointed, comfortable home. The living area easily accommodates our large group and the kitchen, with its big island, walk-in pantry and two refrigerators, makes it easy for many cooks to work together. The multi-level decks offer the best views on the peninsula. The corner lot makes beach access easy. And the downstairs shower has WARM water! The cargo lift is also a big plus! We could go on and on but the bottom line is – this is the perfect beach house. We’ll be back again and again……
