This home is located in the Lafitte's Landing subdivision and is perfect for your family vacation. With its 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and beds to sleep 10, you will have everything you need for a perfect stay.
Each bedroom has private access to it's own bathroom. There is comfortable living room furniture, seating for 6 at the dining room table and additional bar seating. In this kitchen, you'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchen. (regular drip coffee maker) This home has free WIFI for your convenience.
Start your mornings on this deck with the perfect cup of coffee or iced tea. Downstairs, under the house, there is a large, covered area, where you have a picnic table and charcoal grill to enjoy! There is also a sand shower.
Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

A Repeat Renter
This house is located in a great location .. no access to the beach keeps the traffic and noise down. We have rented this house annually over the last 8-9 years and the only complaint my family has is the living room furniture is very worn out and very uncomfortable.

Everything was great the only reason I gave 4 stars on the general condition is because the refrigerators did not work. Swedes was very timely and had one of them fixed within the day.

This is our “go to place”. We have rented this cabin every summer since 2015. This cabin meets my whole family needs.

Made me want to purchase the property
Loved how this place is laid out and it feels homey but nice. My kids chose which room they wanted to be in and we had friends visit with us. There was plenty of room and everything was so close by. It was like staying in a first row house in some ways but way cheaper.

nearly perfect
Nice beach house. 3rd row. Easy walk to beach. Only complaint is the freezer did not work so we had to buy bags of ice to keep our food cold.
