If you’re looking for a house with lots of space, you’ve found it! This modern, spacious, 4 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 16 people comfortably and has laminate flooring throughout.
The master suite has a king bed and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed . The third bedroom has 2 double beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (double-over-double). Aria has a large, modern kitchen featuring a subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, granite bar, ample cabinet space and a pantry. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a regular drip coffee pot and a cappuccino maker. There is kitchen seating for 13. WIFI is provided for your convenience. A washer/ dryer is on premises.
Outside, you will fall in love with the view! Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while you drink your morning coffee on the gated deck. There is enough large, deck furniture that you can easily relax and enjoy panoramic views of the beach.
Downstairs, there is an amazing bar area that has a full sink, counter and charcoal BBQ grill. This is the perfect place to have a gathering of family and friends!

Amazing House!
Recently planned a work outing with staff and friends and this place (Aria) was awesome! The whole process with Swede's Real Estate was easy and I have already looked at referring other friends towards this rental.

Location, Location, Location
This property is in a fabulous location, which provides for direct beach access. The proximity to the main road for beach access allows for easy parking and unloading. The maintenance and cleanliness are not as great as they should be.

Beautiful home
The house was in a perfect location. It was beautiful and clean. Could live there. The only complaint was people parking there so they didn't have to pay to park on the beach and the water pressure downstairs in the outside shower was very low and could not be used
