Features a large kitchen with island that opens to the living area. Bedroom 1 has 2 queens, bedroom 2 has a double bunk and sleeper sofa. These two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 queens and bedroom 4 has 1 queen. These two rooms also share a jack and jill bath. Bedroom 5 is the king master suite. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor with kitchen and living room. Nice beach views from both decks. Enjoy an outdoor meal, central air/heat, concrete drive under the house, microwave, dishwasher, TVs, washer/dryer and high speed internet. Features upper and lower deck with great views of the beach. Beach is accessible by walking, golf cart or vehicle on the nearby access street.

Bellagio Stay
We had a nice stay at the Bellagio. The home is located second row with great views of the ocean. The layout of the home worked well for 14. The kitchen was well stocked , the bathrooms were large. Only negative thing I have to say about the home is the smell. It’s very musty. You do get used to the smell but we did keep the door open during the day.
Minor issues are with the furniture. The bunkbeds in the kids rooms were missing mattresses, it was a foam pad. The kids could feel the frame through it. The pads on most the kitchen chairs were broke off and just sitting on them. As well as the bench seat, the legs were falling apart. And the TV in the living room did not work.

Bellagio
Everything at the house was fine with the exception of the first floor air conditioning. It was not working. I called and left a message during non business hours and had no response. We had to wait until the office was open and called again. They sent someone out to repair but repairs were not possible. Some parts had to be ordered.

Great location
The AC died day one. Swedes had window units installed that same day and a new AC unit a few days later. Our vacation was saved and we had an awesome time!!
