This is a beautiful, upscale, 4 bedroom / 3 bath house that is located in the quiet, family friendly, Tidelands subdivision This house has everything your family needs for that memorable vacation. Master suite is located upstairs and has it's ensuite bathroom and private deck. 3 bedrooms located on the main floor are as follows: Second bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, with a full trundle, and the fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. (regular drip coffee pot). The living room has a built in bar with fridges!!
This home has WIFI for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers a bar area where you can relax, with your family and friends and BBQ, on the charcoal grill. Fish cleaning station and outdoor shower at this property.
Access road to the beach is just a few steps away either on foot, golf cart or vehicle.

Two small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

We had a wonderful time and hated to leave the beautiful view of the beach.The house was lovely and suited our family needs. This is the second time we have stayed at this rental and hopefully it will not be the last.

Enjoy The View-The Perfect Getaway
Enjoy The View was the PERFECT Getaway for Myself, My Husband, Our Daughter, Husband & Our 2 Grandchildren, & Our Son & His Wife! Being Pet Friendly was also a BIG PLUS! It was a BEAUTIFUL Beach House only a few steps from the Beach & an Access road right by the house too! Swede’s was PERFECT to work with & Very Helpful! We will DEFINITELY be back & We HIGHLY recommend Swede & Enjoy The View!
