Sea Time is an open concept with a beach cottage design and vintage electric furnishings located in the heart of Crystal Beach and a short 300' stroll to the beach. The first level is a 2000' open deck with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove, refrigerator, powder room, laundry area, hammocks, two 8' picnic tables and outdoor speakers. The top deck features outdoor seating and lounging. The ground level offers an outdoor shower, charcoal grill and yard area for outdoor games. The main level of the house features a 46" flat screen TV, DirectTV, BlueRay DVD, comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, flatware, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, reading chair, writing desk and a private door to the outside deck. Master bathroom features a large footed tub and tile shower with port hole window. Bedroom 2 features two (2) sets of custom built-in full size bunks with a reading light and outlet for each bed. Bedroom 3 features two (2) full size beds with a lamp and outlet on either side. No Smoking.
