We have a loyal group of professional cleaning and maintenance staff, many of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We can get almost anything repaired at your home in a timely, and cost-efficient manner, and can arrange for monthly or quarterly services such as air filter changes, lawn mowing, pest control, etc.

Our responsive-design website allows our customers to access our website from any device—cell phone, ipad or computer. Online booking allows customers to book any time from any device. Owners are given access to our owner networks allowing you to access statements, make reservations and write descriptions of your property. Statements are prepared monthly and you have access to records to keep your accounting in perfect order.
marketing/advertising
We stay abreast of marketing and trends in the industry and partner with on-line travel agencies, e.g. Homeaway to increase visibility of your home. We use social media and google analytics to ensure that we stay at the forefront in our industry. Swedes is an integral part of the Bolivar Peninsula community and are involved in promoting and supporting tourism efforts.
