Our office is open 7 days a week 9:00 to 5:00 (closed for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day only) and we operate a 24 hour answering service. Staff is available to respond to emergencies and to check on your property if need be.

We have a loyal group of professional cleaning and maintenance staff, many of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We assign an individual to your home for cleaning and that person will clean the house every time it is rented. They become familiar with the home and how you like your items arranged in the house. They know when something is not working properly at your home and it is reported right away. We can get almost anything repaired at your home in a timely, and cost-efficient manner, and can arrange for monthly or quarterly services such as air filter changes, lawn mowing, pest control, etc. We can also arrange for seasonal deep cleans and inspection of your home. We additionally employ a cleaning and maintenance supervisor to facilitate all cleaning and maintenance issues smoothly and quickly. Our goal is to ensure that your house is in tip-top shape during peak rental season and watched over throughout the year.

Our responsive-design website allows our customers to access our website from any device—cell phone, ipad or computer. Online booking allows customers to book any time from any device. Owners are given access to our owner networks allowing you to access statements, make reservations and write descriptions of your property. Statements are prepared monthly and you have access to records to keep your accounting in perfect order.
