This house is large and in a perfect location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint is the house could have been cleaner as the floors needed sweeping and mopping and the rugs are in need of cleaning. We paid extra for linens and were given plenty of towels and washcloths. Check in and checkout was easy and having a noon check-in is nice.

We had a wonderful time. The house was plenty of room for my whole family. We could sit on the balcony & watch the ones that were enjoying the beach when we weren’t down there. The house is decorated so cute.

Beautiful house, Beautiful weekend. Celebrated our Mom's Heavenly Birthday with family and friends. The place was clean with awesome view of beach. Our only issue was with the Dish Satellite not working. Probably a blessing.

Once again a great stay. Room for everyone. The location is great, makes it convenient to go back to house from the beach. Will definitely be back next year. Our favorite beach house.

We had a great experience at 2 Cool Livin! The location and beach access were very convenient! The beach wasn't too busy when we were there. The house was very clean and nice! I had to call a couple of times for more info and for maintenance and we got quick service. The only con was that they should have been more clear on the room layout for one of the bedrooms. On the bedroom that has 2 queen beds, its not private at all. The room is behind a basically half wall that is open to the upstairs hallway and across the hall from the bunk room. The wall doesn't go all the way up or down and just has a small saloon style swinging door. This was not ideal for my family as we had a baby that slept in there and it was loud. Also note, if you buy the linen package, they drop them off in bags which means all of the beds have to be made. The comforters/decorate pillow cases were there when we arrived and we had to "make" the beds when we left (without linens) which means they were not washed in between guests. I would recommend bringing blankets for the beds and not using the comforters/pillows that already have cases on them that are in the room when you arrive. Other than that we had no complaints. We would definitely stay there again!

This is the 2nd year to stay at 2Cool Livin and we enjoyed it. The property was excellent and we had no problems. i would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

This house is perfect in every way. The kitchen is great if you want to cook and the porches are wonderful for sitting and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the whole house is modern and clean. The location could not be any better. Clear view of the beach and it sits on an access road. We have only gone in the off season and it is very quite then. It can be foggy, cloudy and rainy in February, but we had a great time, nonetheless.

We have been going to Crystal Beach for 22 years and we have out grown many homes. This was an incredible house, with plenty of room for 13 people. Wonderful location, will definitely be back!!

This Cabin was absolutely wonderful. Spacious, Clean & so close to the beach our toes were practically in the sand. It had everything we needed & more to make our mini vacation a memorable one.

We have an awesome time and the house and location was great.

My only negative, more towards management procedures, is the fact that the house does not provide liens. We rented two houses for this trip one came with everything we needed and this one we had to pay extra for liens, which is not what you expect when renting a vacation home as you expect to have everything there. On top of it all, the liens were placed in the living room and all beds had to be made once we showed up. Not ideal when this is a business trip and your bringing customers to stay.

Friends and I have been coming to the beach every year for the last ten years for my birthday. This year we visited 2 Cool Livin. Had a really nice time. The property was spacious, quiet, and accommodating. Also picked this spot for its affordability and short walking distance to the beach. Will definitely consider this property for next year.

Our recent stay at '2 Cool Livin' was nothing short of amazing! This was our 2nd stay at this house and just like the 1st (Summer 2020), the views and house condition were prefect! Spacious, clean and an unobstructed view to the beach from all levels of the home. We will be back!
