The family room has wooden floors, a large flat-screen television and comfortable furniture, making it a great place to relax. For your convenience, high speed internet is provided. The kitchen is well furnished, and has bar seating as well as a dining table that seats four.
This two story house has a primary suite with a queen bed on the main level. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs - one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite-connected, flat-screen TV.
Walk outside on the upper back deck and soak in the views of the bay, Intracoastal Waterway, and peek-a-boo views of the beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage at sunset! There is also an additional deck on the front side of the house with seating. Downstairs you will find a sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, as well as a bar with additional seating. The huge lot features a great fire pit with seating - fun all year long!
Cargo lift available with a fee. Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
