The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, wine cooler, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, blender, and griddle. The large island and separate dining table provide ample room for meals and game nights. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use. In addition, you will find great extras for children - a play pen and high chair!
A Reel Nauti offers a primary suite with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite bath. The third bedroom has two queen beds, and there is an additional half bath in the hallway.
The upstairs deck is a beautiful place to enjoy, but the downstairs offers wonderful entertaining amenities as well! There you'll find a tiki bar, charcoal barbecue pit, furniture, more seating, a picnic table, and hammock. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the beach before you go in to enjoy the house.
Pets are not allowed at this property due to homeowner's severe allergies. Pets found on the premises will result in additional cleaning fee and termination of lease agreement. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
