A Wave from Everything is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. You're only a short golf cart ride or walk away from the beach, making this a perfect vacation getaway! This 1800 square foot home offers plenty of deck seating to enjoy the beautiful views of the beach -what a place to enjoy your morning coffee!!

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, and is open to the kitchen and dining area. You will find everything you need to prepare and serve all your favorite meals, along with ample seating at the island, dining table, and an additional table/chairs (also great for game night!).

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has one twin bed and one set of twin over twin bunk beds. The third bedroom has one twin over queen bunk bed along with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed - so 14 can sleep comfortably.

Downstairs you will find room for parking, a charcoal grill, outdoor swing, picnic table and extra seating for friends and family. The sand shower is perfect for rinsing off a day spent at the beach, before enjoying the property.

Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Overall was good. Cabin was clean with all amenities mentioned in ad. Had a very relaxing time with Family. Would do it again.

Fathers day vacation 2024

The house is in a good location, there is no road access to the beach from this neighborhood. You can access with buggies though. The house is a older home that needs some TLC. It was a comfortable stay and while we had some issues - High grass, no water down stairs to rinse off, Property management was very fast at their response and helpful.The house could definitely use a better cleaning service.

Great time in Bolivar!

House slept 8 very comfortably! Had everything we needed to cook meals throughout our weekend. It's a very short walk right to the beach, and the view from the deck was fantastic.

Bittersweet

A beautiful property ! Furnished well, bright, up to date. Gorgeous veiw ! Loved that it's not a drive access to beach, only carts and atv access.
There was a strong urine smell in different areas of the house and dirty kitchen cabinet and closet doors that it took me a couple of days to figure out. Someone had purposely peed all over things and your cleaning staff had not cleaned. They had to have seen it because they would have wiped down parts of it. And they had to have smelled it because it wasnt faint. There was deep dirt on table bottoms/second shelves, glass doors and table tops. Rugs were dirty in bathrooms. Frig was cleaned at.
Cob webs all over the house in corners.
On the up side, the kitchen is stocked well and beds were comfortable.
Your instructions were to leave the house as we found it. I can promise you it was left much better than we found it.
I called early in the week and tried to come pick up a light bulb for the frig. And was told of the urine issue, but not ask to address it, I had already taken care that. I was told that you had to put in an order and someone would come. Well, that never happened. I just needed a bulb.... Basically, it seems yall listen to issues graciously, but have no intentions of doing anything about them.

Fun and relaxing weekend

A short walk away from the beach and the house having enough space for everyone we couldn't ask for more we had a good weekend at this place
