Aloha Cabana

Very happy with our stay. Upon arrival we had a problem with the cabin heater but a quick call to Swede's and a repairman was there in 20 minutes and fixed our problem. VERY GOOD SERVICE. It is a pleasure to deal with all their staff. We will from now on be a 'regular' at this cabin with Swede's.

Easy and friendly service
Sufficiently clean house
Two repairmen came after we checked in
If It’s raining, you have to get wet to sit on the balcony as door is on the side and not covered.
Overall rating 8. I would book with Swede’s again and even the Aloha Cabana����

This beach house is perfect size for us.
It is in good condition and clean.
The air conditioner keeps up with our August heat.
Beds are very comfortable.
Easy access to the beach.
Beautiful view for a calming early morning coffee.

This is my 2nd year to stay at Aloha Cabana. We chose to stay again this year because to the price and location. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. The vent above the stove top had not been wiped down in what looked liked months, floors were not real clean, and the air filter was really bad. When we arrived, we turned the air down to 68 and the coolest it got was 75 and that was at 4 am. They did have someone come out. The unit needed to be replaced and they offered to move us to a different home. I asked if they could just get some window a/c's instead of us having to pack up (we had alot of stuff), they brought 2 out. We did appreciate. Overall, I would stay here again. I do not think they should rely on the guest to clean the house....because that is what it looked like to us.

Great cabin, VERY good staff at the Swede's check in Office. Melissa was very helpful. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. Clean cabin. I absolutely will be using Swede's in the future.

The Aloha Cabana was practically perfect. Two requests were responded to immediately from Swedes. Very nice staff there. Answered the call I made after 9. Came out quickly. It was only a battery replacement and porch clean due to bird poop. Love this place! View is breathtaking.

Could have used curtains in the living room so everyone couldn’t see in and tv wouldn’t work the whole time and maybe better beds but great location and view

We had a very nice time at Crystal Beach. Our house was on the beach and the sunrises were beautiful and the beach was clean not a lot of people which was very nice. Great place to relax for a while we needed it.

The view was fantastic, even though the location is in the Zoo. The beds were comfortable but the couch was not. Also, there were no curtains on the windows, specifically the window that was close to the neighbor, who could easily see into the breakfast area from their balcony. There was no ice maker in the refrigerator but plenty of ice trays.

This house was overall very nice. Especially for small party. But prices in general on all properties almost unmanageable We had to cut our stay time. Decor very welcoming made sure you knew you were at the beach.
Kitchen nicely appointed. No ice maker but we always buy a bag of ice and the refrigerator stocked with ample ice trays and a bowl.
The living area furniture was well worn but fine (2 of the dining chairs very un-steady).
Ah, the problems of beach life:
The outdoor seating cushions were covered in bird poop (bad grackles). Had to cover with towels to use. Cushion cleaning solution would have been welcome. (Would have been nice to have a couple of high chairs to see over rail. But that is owner's discretion.)
House had no window covers in the living area. The side window looked directly at the neighbor's deck. A little too cozy.
We did not order the linens because of short stay but in the past it wass well worth the extra.

View was perfect, provided items OK excepts pans none were in good shape, the glass top stove was dirty and no tools for me to clean it (razor scraper). We checked in late and were not told there was a room on ground floor with washer/dryer/sink and other play items. We found it the last day, so sad to not get good information when checking in late.

Loved our stay at Aloha Cabana. Found kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and cookware. Only drawback, there were no cleaning supplies, had to run to Dollar Store for dishwashing liquid, bathroom cleaner, and paper towels.

Perfect location. Adorable little house with lots of charm. It was so fun to sit on the deck and enjoy the views and activity on the beach. The short walk to the beach was the best part. Only complaint was that it wasn't real clean. Maybe the people before us didn't clean before leaving. Other than that, it was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
