Bach Haus

The Bach House is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront house with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the quieter side of Bolivar Peninsula, this tasteful modern home has all the features that will make you want to come back over and over again! Step onto the covered deck and enjoy panoramic views up and down the coast. There is no better place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage.

This modern kitchen has marble countertops and plenty of counter space to prepare all your family's favorite meals, while the huge dining table and large island provide plenty of seating. The stovetop is Viking induction type (appropriate pots and pans provided). Other top-of-the-line appliances include a Viking refrigerator, microwave, quiet dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, mixer, blender and washer/dryer. All the bedrooms and living room have smart TVs with connected local antenna. You can watch local television, or stream your own favorites. For your convenience, high speed internet is provided in this rental.

All the bedrooms have built-in bedside lamps and plenty of outlets by each bed for charging your devices. All eight queen beds feature high quality, memory foam mattresses. The ocean view primary suite has a king bed, with an ensuite bath that offers a walk-in shower and separate large soaking tub with a bay view. A second bedroom has one queen bed, while another has 3 queen beds (no bunks). The last bedroom has two sets of custom built-in bunk beds that are queen over queen.

Downstairs, there is a huge yard for the kids to play, set up a volleyball net and create lots of memories. The driveway offers plenty of parking, and the large covered area with charcoal grill is a great place to barbecue or hang out with friends and family! You are literally steps from the beach, but if you prefer to drive with your supplies there is also a direct beach access road. The home offers a cargo lift, which is perfect for getting your luggage, groceries, and coolers up to the house. Bach Haus will make you want to never leave!

Small dogs (35 pounds and under) are allowed with a pet fee. Small weddings & events allowed with pre-approval.
