Beacon on the Beach

A cozy beach bungalow conveniently located in the Tidelands subdivision, Beacon on the Beach offers easy access to the beach either by a vehicle, golf cart or a short walk. You will be centrally located in Crystal Beach close to the Big Store, Swedes Plaza, and the Stingaree Restaurant & Marina. You'll enjoy the outdoor space both upstairs (gated) and downstairs, with deck furnishings that include rockers and picnic tables!

The family room offers a large TV and cozy sectional sofa. The kitchen features plenty of cabinets, a long granite island, and countertops with room for meal preparation and dining. There is an additional dining table for 6, which is perfect for meals or game nights. Amenities include a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and a regular drip coffee pot.

Beacon on the Beach accommodates sleeping for 10 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom has one queen size bed and one twin bed. Bedroom two has one twin bed (with a trundle), and one twin over twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has one twin over full bunk bed.

Downstairs you will find a convenient outdoor sand shower, perfect for rinsing off before you go in to enjoy the home.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
