Centurion

We have stayed here quite a few times and have always enjoyed it. Some things showing wear over the years... the furniture and kitchen door to the outside, but the AC has been updated and everything worked. This house is our favorite, which is why we keep picking it. Plenty of room for games, visiting on the deck, and sleeping room for all.

We had a great time. The accommodations were great. Unit was clean and had all amenities advertised. Location was excellent and the view was spectacular.

We love to stay at the Centurion even though it is well outdated and needs lots of repairs. Repairs to the stairs and decks, the A/C unit is great in the livingroom, kitchen and upstairs area but very bad in the 3 bedrooms due to needing a larger unit and re-routing air ducts to the 3 bedrooms. Doorknobs need repair, updated paint job inside and out. Love, love the storm covers over the doors and windows. We understand that the owner is elderly and cannot repair and that the property is up for sale. We love to stay there and probably will again and again. Great location, beachfront and close to everything that interests my family.

We had great time! Great view and location! Right on 87S, which got a little loud at times. Only complaint was TV situation. If you want to come in after day on the beach and relax and watch a movie. Not happening! WiFi needs upgrade.

This place was great for one main reason
- location! It’s perfectly set so you can see the beach from all angles from inside, great decks to sit and soak it all in! The place stayed cool, has comfy beds and couches. But if you think you will need it - bring it, no extra amenities...nothing to clean or wash with. Kitchen is incomplete and frustrating to cook in although it seems to have enough stuff. Trash area in kitchen and under the sink is yucky. WiFi is here but we ended up having to use our hotspots for streaming as it wouldn’t last 5 minutes without buffering and/or dropping. Main TV in open area speakers are blown so it can’t be turned up very loud or you can’t understand the words. Mainly would have liked to have it for music. It’s so dark from the road at night so beware. Overall it’s a good beach house just needs some updates.

Nice place, could use better cleaning between guests. Older unit in okay condition. No outside lights on decks or stairs. Kitchen sink leaks (with pan and rag under it, so it's been going on awhile.) Black mold under sink and on countertop. Fridge not cleaned out. Bathroom rug smelled like ****. Dryer screen completely full of lint. Makeup on pillows. AC struggles. BBQ grill seen better days. Nice unobstructed view of and access to beach.

The pictures do not do due this place justice. We enjoyed the great location by the beach and the beautiful views. The house is roomy and it's easy for a family to spread out. We would stay here again. The house could use a little TLC in order to make it a 5-star.

Centurion is comfortable home with great views from both inside the house and from the large decks. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the comfortable beds. There are some pet odors that one expects in a pet-friendly rental. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Every summer for over 12 years, we stay at a vacation rental on the beach. This location by far is the best location with ideal proximity to the ocean we’ve ever stayed at! Literally the ocean and clean beach is right outside your front door and generous decks! The property management team was excellent in responding to any questions we had 24-7. Highly recommend!!
