Located on the bayside in the quiet area of Gilchrist, this home has unobstructed views of the gulf and bay views from the back deck. You can enjoy the sound of the waves from sunrise to sunset! The charming coastal decor and comforts of home will have you coming back again and again. The bright, open great room welcomes you in - and the well-stocked kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker) has all you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. For your convenience, there is an on-site washer and dryer, and high speed internet for your devices.

With more than 1450 square feet, H2O Getaway accommodates 10 comfortably. Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, and all bedrooms have televisions. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a queen blowup mattress for additional sleep space.

On the ground level you will find a charcoal bbq pit, small bar area, and an outdoor shower. The cargo lift is available for guest use (additional fee applies) - perfect for moving your groceries, luggage, and coolers up all those stairs!

Your small dog (under 35 pounds) allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
