You won't want to leave this fantastic 2nd row 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with its gorgeous beach views! Looney Dunes has plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy a week-long vacation, or a quick weekend getaway. This home is literally minutes away from the beach, as well!

The main floor of the house has a roomy living area that features two sofas (pull out queen sleepers) and a large flat screen television, with satellite TV and high speed internet. There's a spacious, well-appointed kitchen with a large island, dining room table, and loads of cabinet space. Enjoy making morning coffee with the combination regular drip/Keurig coffee maker, then mix up afternoon cocktails with the Ninja blender!

The large mezzanine deck has a separate room with a bar, refrigerator, TV and roll up windows for entertaining; plus there is plenty of deck furniture to enjoy the gulf view! On the mezzanine deck you'll also find a private bath and bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed that accommodates 4. The ground level features a fire pit area that is great all year round!

With over 1400 square feet, the home accommodates 18. The primary suite has a queen bed, television, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has two sets of sturdy full over queen bunk beds, and its own television.

Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Spring Break Getaway

Great location to spend time with the family. Love sitting on the decks watching the waves roll in. The mezzanine level was a great place to hang out at and escape the sun. We loved that the beach is close. We love the kitchen set up and enjoy the bar area on the mezzanine level. We can’t wait to come back.

Great view

The stairs were difficult for transporting Mumford loads of groceries. Recommend getting a cargo lift.

Perfect stay

The house was a perfect distance from the beach and the ferry. A short walk/drive to each. The house was clean and all amenities were there other than a few extras we brought. All details needed were given ahead of time. Thank you for a great stay

Thanksgiving Vacay

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there and didn’t wish for anything!! The house was beautiful and we loved the location. Great outdoor areas with large decks and outdoor furniture!

Best SURPRISE ever.....

We rented this home to surprise my sister for her 70th birthday. Our group of 16 had the BEST time and we couldn't have asked for a better layout of location! We said the house was designed for our crew and even named for us -- Looney Dunes! We loved the ocean view and spent many hours sitting on the decks watching our bigs and littles playing on the beach. We anticipated nights around the firepit, but with our Astros playing the first two games of the World Series the nights were spent in front of the TV with tons of snacks!! Thankful for the big island and plentiful seating!

We will definitely be looking at this property again for family get togethers -- my sister was completely surprised!!

Swedes was wonderful to work with and even went above and beyond to help us when there was an item left behind that we had to get before leaving the peninsula! All in all, it was probably the best experience I have had with renting and planning a family get together!

Great location

This location is perfect! The view is as awesome and the house is nice. The bar was awesome too but we didn’t really like the 3rd bedroom (that attached to the bar area on the 2nd floor) not being attached to the main floor. It was weird to have to go outside and up the stairs to come into the house to use the kitchen and living room with the rest of the family. Overall though, I would stay here again. We enjoyed it.

Excellence in beaching!

We enjoyed eating on the deck, and looking out at the beach. We set up on the beach in front of the cabin. The location is great. We had everything we needed to make our family meals. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us. We will rent again!

The best Baca

This was a really fun place to stay. It’s less then 500 feet from the beach, it’s close to store, lots of places to eat near by. The best part was how much space there was actually in the house, the house fit everyone vary comfortably. Everyone had a bed and blankets.
