The fourth bedroom has 4 king beds and an ensuite bath. The bunk room features 4 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 6 twin beds. This home sleeps 28 comfortably. You will love the fully stocked kitchen, with all you need to prepare and serve meals, including stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators, a Keurig coffee maker, and abundant seating around the bar and large dining table. The home also offers Smart TVs and high speed internet for your convenience.

Outdoors, the deck has picnic tables and lounge chairs with a view of the Gulf, and a private pool.

Downstairs features a picnic table and sand shower for rinsing off the day at the beach. Enjoy this space by cooking meals on the charcoal grill, as well! There is plenty of parking for guests in the driveway and under the house. This property also offers a cargo lift - just what you need for getting your luggage and those heavy coolers of food/drinks upstairs!

Small pets (dogs under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate properties are non-smoking. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Big Blue Chair

Overall, it was a good experience. When we arrived, one of the two refrigerators was barely cooling, but we called the rental company and someone was there to fix it promptly. He also fixed the latch on the gate, which was a big deal since we had young children and didn't want them falling down the stairs. Had to run out and buy trash bags right away since they were not provided and were not listed as something that we needed to bring. Really, for as much as we were charged for the house, it seems like necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags should have been provided, and they were not. Could use some umbrellas for shade near the pool.

Large group accommodation!

Top notch Vacation Rental

It is absolutely as it shows in the pictures.

Family Easter Weekend

We had an amazing Family Easter weekend! The location was stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was the highlight of our stay, it was a hit with everyone. The pictures and descriptions provided were accurate, which made everything even better. We will absolutely be returning for another stay!

Awesome!!!!!

Great big group vacation home. Lots of suites and the big kids room on top was just awesome. I really recommend this home it’s spacious, comfortable and not to mention the pool.

Wonderful family Reunion

our experience in this home was more than what I expected the rooms were impecable the stay was the most comfortable I have had in any vacation home I have been in Swede's Real Estate were so hospitable and informative I will defiantly be renting from them in the near future

Great House

Great location and a great house with a lot of beds! The negative is that the beds were NOT made because they use a linen service. When I take a vacation, I don’t want to work and having to make beds was a huge inconvenience.
